Rich ‘n’ Healthy Hot Chocolate

Rich and delicious without compromise

Giving up sugar and dairy DOES NOT mean you have to go without hot chocolate! This is what I make when the weather gets cold and all I want to do is snuggle by the fire. : ) Enjoy!

In a small saucepan whisk together:

1-cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk (you can also try coconut milk for an extra rich experience)

1 packet stevia (or 1-2 t agave)

1 T raw cacao powder

Heat slowly and add a dash cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

For extra deliciousness try topping with cashew whipped cream – YUM!
